These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jiliokapp ("jiliokapp," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the jiliokapp website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the jiliokapp Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jiliokapp Platform.

To register and use the jiliokapp Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gambling regulations.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.

• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the jiliokapp Platform or any affiliated platform.

jiliokapp reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

To access real-money games on jiliokapp, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) jiliokapp account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. If jiliokapp identifies duplicate accounts, all associated accounts may be suspended, and any balances — including winnings and bonuses — may be forfeited without prior notice.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jiliokapp login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. jiliokapp will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

jiliokapp is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

jiliokapp accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods listed on the Platform. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your jiliokapp wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. jiliokapp does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. jiliokapp targets processing of withdrawal requests within ten (10) minutes for verified accounts, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and verification status.

All transactions on the jiliokapp Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jiliokapp is not responsible for any currency conversion fees applied by your bank or payment provider.

jiliokapp offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published on the relevant promotion page:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. jiliokapp reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified on each promotion page.
• Bonuses may only be used for the games and game categories specified in the promotion terms. Using bonus funds on excluded games may void the bonus and any associated winnings.
• jiliokapp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.

All games available on the jiliokapp Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and individual game rules, these Terms shall prevail unless the game rules expressly state otherwise.

jiliokapp uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the rules displayed within the live game interface.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, jiliokapp will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its last valid state. jiliokapp's decision on the outcome of any disputed game round shall be final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jiliokapp Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known or unknown bug are void and will be reversed.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your jiliokapp account.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the Platform or negatively affects other players' experience.

All content on the jiliokapp Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and user interface design, is the property of jiliokapp or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the jiliokapp Platform without prior written consent from jiliokapp.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jiliokapp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

jiliokapp's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jiliokapp account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jiliokapp does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.

jiliokapp collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the jiliokapp Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

jiliokapp will not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Your data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law or necessary to operate the Platform.

jiliokapp is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Filipino players. We provide the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their jiliokapp account at any time.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session time alerts to be notified when they have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 6 months.

jiliokapp reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• At jiliokapp's sole discretion, for any reason deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other players.

Upon termination for cause, jiliokapp may forfeit any bonus funds and associated winnings. Real-money balances will be returned to the player's verified payment method after deducting any amounts owed to jiliokapp, subject to completion of KYC verification and compliance review.

You may close your jiliokapp account at any time by contacting our support team. Pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard procedures following account closure.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

jiliokapp operates in compliance with applicable Philippine online gaming regulations. PAGCOR serves as the primary regulatory authority overseeing online casino operations in the Philippines.
